About Us

We are lucky enough to live close to the wonderful beaches of the Northumberland & Scottish coasts with their enchanting small villages, while being only one hour away from the great cities of Edinburgh and Newcastle. We can’t pretend that it’s sunny every day and that midges don’t exist, but we think that Scotland and northern England are pretty special places to visit.

So we decided to start Counting Sheep Campers due to our love of exploring this wonderful countryside we have right here on our doorstep and with years of experience of travelling far and wide, from the Highlands and lowlands of Scotland and throughout the UK as well as to Holland, France, Germany, Austria and even as far as Venice in a campervan. This experience has enabled us to select the perfect vehicles for your adventures and to include all the equipment you will need for a truly enjoyable holiday.
